It's obvious that to be at our best, we can't work all the time. We've got to rest and recharge. Our challenge today is that, while we need renewal more than ever, most of us use our free time in ways that give us the opposite. We do things that make our mood, anxiety level, and health worse rather than better.

Renewed Man Program. As you might know if you've been reading my newsletters, this is a program I'm creating to help men grow in sexual self-mastery and overcome unhealthy -- and sometimes addictive -- behaviors.
This video opens with a short intro -- which ties it to the Renewed Man program. But you'll see quite quickly that the things I talk about here are not just for men, and they're not just for people who struggle to control their sex drive.
For example, towards the end of the video, I share an extended quote from psychologist Kelly McGonagil, who writes about what activities have been shown by research to lower stress ... and why these work, while others don't. I can't state this emphatically enough:
