Today I'm sharing the video of a sermon I preached at Bethel Church this past Sunday. It fits in with one of the themes we focus on in this newsletter: living with health and self control in the area of our sexuality.

I love this quote! I have seen this, and experienced it myself. When we get angry -- or really stressed out and anxious -- we react, rather than consciously choose our actions and words. And we often regret it later.
