1. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

If you're a leader -- or for that matter, if you're doing anything that has any amount of visibility -- you're going to have haters. This happens in churches just as it does on social media:

No matter who you are, or what you're doing, somebody is going to have something to say about it.

Let them. Take feedback from important stakeholders and trusted advisors, but ignore the rest. Do your thing and move on.
