Life is busy these days as many things are happening in my church (Loop Church), and I'm trying to get things together for the launch of my book this Fall. I'm including a section of the book in this

The book deals with the things that get in the way of our service ... our sense of personal mission to leave our mark in the world. One of the things I see getting in the way too often is "conflict and people problems." And problems with conflict are all-too-common -- and very destructive -- in churches. Why is that?
